Janie Ellis is founder and President of Anything But Plain Studio and School
of Decorative Finishes. She has over 17 years of experience as a professional faux finisher. She received her B.A. in Art and a Master's Degree in Interior Design. She is a teacher, certified artisan, and national lecturer. Her work has been published in local, regional and national publications. Janie is a member of ASID, SALI, and International Salon of Decorative Painters.
